Research and Headhunting

Maxfield Search employs a research led methodology across all of its assignments. As such we are able to source candidates within the market from non-client organisations. We have no off-limit restrictions with these organisations and as such are able to proactively find the right candidates for our clients rather than simply searching our database or advertising our clients' jobs.

Our consultants are supported by a team of researchers whose role is to map out non-client organisations and to generate unique talent for our clients.

Advertising

Maxfield Search uses selective online advertising which is industry specific ensuring we capture the whole market place, complementing our research.

Database Search

All of our consultants have access to our large international database containing all of our carefully screened candidates, specialising in a broad range of business areas. New candidates are registered to our internal database every day.

Retained Assignments

Maxfield Search is experienced in managing retained assignments on behalf of our clients utilising our executive search methodology whilst having no conflict of interests with non-client organisations. Such assignments are particularly suitable for significant client projects.

Market Mapping

Maxfield Search has the capability to provide an accurate market mapping and competitor analysis service, utilising our own knowledge base and existing maps we can provide useful intel to our clients.
